AZURE: An App Service with Elastic Azure Database Server for MySQL costs about 250 PLN (50 EUR) / month, for hosting an app that basically did nothing, perhaps a cache could reduce costs.

ASAP switched to nazwa.pl, 25 PLN per month for smallest VPC hosting program, but this case also need some linux experience.
